Hi, I’m Lydia Lenard—co-founder of Onyx Marketing and a strategy-driven leader with a passion for people. I spent over 16 years working my way up in the corporate world, gaining extensive experience in management, leadership, communication, and sales. That experience taught me how to lead teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales with strategy and precision. I bring that same drive and care into everything I do at Onyx. I love working directly with clients, understanding their vision, and creating a plan to bring it to life. I’m also a proud fire wife, and follower of Jesus, and I bring integrity, focus, and heart to every project.

With over 18 years of business experience, I’ve built and marketed my own brands from the ground up, from websites and logos to social media and strategy. I love helping people thrive, especially when I can use my creativity to make their business shine. I’m a wife, a mother of eight, and a committed follower of Jesus who brings faith and purpose into everything I do.
